RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Period

To be eligible for a return, products should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Modified or damaged by the customer;

• Returned without required parts or accessories; or

• Clearly identified as final-sale or non-returnable products.

Customized or personalized products may also be non-returnable unless required by applicable law.

Furniture Returns

For large furniture such as sofas, beds, tables, cabinets, and nightstands, please contact us before arranging a return.

Do not send furniture to an address that has not been provided or confirmed by our customer service team.

For returns due to customer preference, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at service@ibcocp.com as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
